Well, it's low season again and the regular gigs have dried up a little, so we now have some free dates should anyone need some great entertainment for their bar, stadium or private party. We have sound systems suitable for any event. We're still gigging at various venues around the island and just last week we had a great rocking night at The Watermark. The crowd were enthusiastic to say the least and we think we may well be back there in the not too distant future.

In early June we got a booking at the Islander, a local venue that we always enjoy performing at.
We weren't sure we would be able to do the gig as Iggi, our regular bass player had gone back to Sweden and Ricky the drummer couldn't play as he had badly injured his arm in a motor cycle accident. PANIC!!!!!
All was well in the end, the ever versatile Glenn moved seamlessly on to bass, Charlie, a good friend of ours from New York, juggled his schedule and replaced Ricky on drums. He did a great job too!
An added bonus was the inclusion of Alec San, a Japanese friend of ours who plays soulful saxophone.
On the night we were all relaxed and grooving, the audience were all up for the music, the food was great and the ambience was magic. Yet another memorable gig for the Groove Doctors!
